We have a wonderful team of volunteers who are very
committed and dedicated to the upkeep of our church.
They meet every Monday morning to clean the church.

The Youth Group have been established for three years and consists of secondary level and college evel students of the Parish.

They meet on Thursday evenings from 6.30pm-7.30pm
and sing at the Saturday evening mass once a month.

The children's choir sing at the family mass at 9.30am
every Sunday. All children are welcome from 1st class
to 6th class. Practice is every Friday in the church
from 4.30pm to 5.30pm.

The choir consists of approximately 30 members and sing
at 12.00 mass every Sunday. It practices on Tuesday nights in the church from 8.00pm-9.00pm.

It works hard at weekly practice but also enjoys a very nice social dimension - members get on well and enjoy the music.

Baptisms take place on the first and third Saturday every month
at 12.00 noon. There is a full Preparation Programme in place
for Parents and Godparents.

Bookings must be made through the Parish Office.

Birth Registration Form.

The first copy of the Skerries Bulletin was published in November,
1978 and since that time, it has been produced weekly without fail.
A copy of each bulletin is held in the Archives of Skerries Historical Society, to help preserve a source of reference in relation to
the Parish.

Cora Mulvany and Loreto Lynch train and manage our team of 31 Altar Servers and 10 Supervisors. Servers must attend 3 training sessions and are 'commissioned' after they have served 6/7 masses earning the right to wear a cross over their robe.
The team of 31 is made up of boys and girls from all schools
of the parish from 4th class and upwards.
New members are always welcome.
